If anyone here in India checked out the newspaper it has details of the meeting of German Architect Herman Tilke with Delhi’s Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. Hot on the heels of the visit by Ralf Schumacher to New Delhi, Herman Tilke was in town. Apparently he was invited by Vijay Mallya and the Kingfisher group. [...]
