Williams and Red Bull block Michael Schumacher’s Testing plans
In what would come as a real dampener to all formula one fans including to those of Red Bull, Williams and Scuderia Torro Rosso, Williams and Red Bull have decided to block the testing of Michael Schumacher in the Ferrari F60.
Frank Williams was diplomatic but obviously shaken by Schumacher’s return, he made a useless comment about how FIA bans all testing etc. ignoring the fact that this was a special one off case wherein a retired F1 driver is coming in to replace an injured F1 driver.
“While we welcome Michael Schumacher back to Formula One, the fact is any form of in-season circuit testing is strictly prohibited, a regulation clearly laid down by the FIA and adhered to by all of the teams,” Sir Frank Williams

Notice the trademark starred helmet of Michael Schumacher.
