Brabham Grand Prix is here amid naming problems
A German businessman by the name of Franz Hilmer applied for formula one entry for the 2010 season by the name of Brabham Grand Prix.
Meanwhile Brabham’s family werent too thrilled, infact they are currently looking at leal options saying that the German businessman is trying to misuse the goodwill their name has
“The family would like to make it clear that it is in no way involved with Brabham Grand Prix Ltd and was never consulted about plans to resurrect their historic name in F1,” a spokesman for the family said on Thursday.
“The family will take the necessary steps to protect their name, reputation and its goodwill.”
