Heartbreak for Hamilton, Raikkonen wins the championship

Kimi Raikkonen celebrates championship

It was heartbreak for rookie Lewis Hamilton as he ran a forgettable race, Kimi Raikkonen won the race to become the formula one world driver champion 2007. But it controversial once again, seeing an oppurtunity, McLaren have appealed against BMW sauber for alleged fuel irregularities which can make Hamilton win the title. More on this later.

    Congratulations to Kimi. It was funny to see how he picked the bottle of champagne on the podium and before spraying it all around taking a nice big sip himself first :-)

    by the way, the Massa photo is in the mail already

    Ah well he deserved that sip didnt he ! Pretty consistent performances, 7 wins compared to 4 by either of the McLaren drivers.

    Lets see which way the McLaren appeal goes though, it would be heartbreak for Kimi if its accepted though.
