Lewis Hamilton opens his ‘Big’ mouth against Ferrari

One could see frustration piling at the McLaren camp, so much so that McLaren formula one rookie driver Lewis Hamilton has hit out against the Ferrari team for putting his team through troubling times. I used to like this kid before now, but his outburst is terribly childish. Ok not even that, even a child is taught that for wrong actions there are dire consequences.
This looks to be a sympathy outburst preplanned by McLaren PR agents. Lewis Hamilton is trying to appeal to the emotions of all the British fans who place their trust in him.
“I do not like what Ferrari are putting our team through. I know my team, and we are being been unfairly treated.”
Wonder if he knows his team so well, why didn’t he know that their chief designer was hiding a 700 page Ferrari formula one classified document. And how are McLaren being unfairly treated, they are being given a proper trial. Maybe McLaren should be acquitted without a trial he means to say.
He further arrogantly went out to state that it would be a great blow to the Ferrari team to win at Italy on their home ground.
“It would be a great feeling to win in Italy this weekend. Beating Ferrari on their home ground is going to be a huge blow to their team.”
Why does he want to deliver a blow to the team, why didn’t he say it would be a boost to the championship ?

I believe your comments reflect the opinions of many. Hamilton WAS a very sympathetic pilot..until 2 days ago, when he became politically involved in a situation he probably knows little about. The fact is that his senior engineer was caught with incriminating evidence belonging to Ferrari. However It is Ferrari who are painting Mclaren in a bad light???? I thought this guy was smarter than this. I have begun to loose credibility in his supposed gentlemen like behaviour. in fact after the pitlane incident and now his comments from left field, show another side to him that did not appear at the begining of the season. Say what you will about Michael Schumacher and his tactics on the racetrack, however at least he was a gentlemen and respectful person off the track. As of wednesday I cannot say the same for BOTH McLaren drivers.

This is exactly what i meant, i mean his PR team always showed a nice guy side to him, His real self is being revealed now, he seems to be an arrogant brat !

Hamilton and Ron Dennis certainly know how to act like A**holes

I suppose you never say anything negative? And negative comments make you an arrogant brat? “Beating” another team is a bad thing to say? Should they hire a mother teresa to drive? Oh yeah, treat the Whole team like cheaters because of one guy…. Real Outburst…

Saying negative is fine, but what you say should make sense.
Lewis should probably keep shut about the things he knows, and as far as one person of the team goes, it was revealed at the hearings that Ronn Dennis was aware of the documents at McLaren, its just that they didnt incorporate those into their car.
Secondly i never said beating the team is a bad thing, you just take words that you can use in the context favourable to you. I said that he was more interested in dealing a blow to Ferrari rather than leading the championship.
About being a brat, i think you are not aware of the radio conversation between Lewis Hamilton. He was being portrayed as a young and nice fellow. But from his recent outbursts, he seems to be more of a Paris Hilton + John McEnroe crossover.

I think that this article is totally wrong.
F1 is a highly competitive sport - so why criticise Hamilton for mildly showing it? Let’s face it McLaren stuffed Ferrrari on Sunday, and it must have made them feel good - they wouldn’t be human otherwise, given the pressure Ferrari and the FIA have put them under.
Don’t get me wrong, the FIA MUST investigate, and of course Todt would not be so agressive unless he, in his view at least, had a reason. All will hopefully become clear on Thursday. But the cumulative effect of this is huge pressure on the Mclaren Team, and Hamilton & Alonso.
I guess that you could be critical if it was that Hamilton hadn’t been able to “do his real talking” on the track - but this season has shown that he most certainly can. He is a star. His incredible ability and potential displayed in his maiden year is rare indeed - he leads the championship.

Im glad that despite the laughable media campaign to hype him, people are now seeing him for the nasty, arrogant person that he is. There has never been a driver in all the history of motor sport who has been given such preferential treatment – funded all his life, trained by the No.1 team all his life and then for his first drive, given preferential treatment over the world champion in the number one team. In my opinion, all this promotion and preferential treatment is because he is black and they are desperate to have a black man do well in F1. This kind of pre black racism makes me sick. Every other rookie has to drive for some crap team – most started off in Minardi or Jordan etc – and therefore had no chance of winning. Despite having been trained all his life, funded all his life and having the team back him at the expense of the world champion, he wont win. To be an F1 driver you need to be pretty intelligent – its in the mind. Hamilton does not have it. No preferential treatment can get over the flaw that is in between his ears.

Yeah CBP, it was all a media campaign about Lewis Hamilton being a decent and nice human being, his new comments about Fernando Alonso confirm our analysis.
October 1st, 2007 09:08
Well, whether he makes comments or not, he is delivering the results. He shoots off his hip, but he backs it all up with a superb performance, the kind that will see him take the championship in China next week. Does that hurt you sore losers?
October 1st, 2007 12:44
Are you aware that particular trait is called arrogance ?
October 8th, 2007 14:49
Seems to me that Ron Dennis saw something in the young man years ago, Talent,Passion, Drive, keen spirit, and so what if was is black, where were all of you when the kids were racking up wins in EVERY Class, he has made fewer errows than the best of them for the season, driven in the rain better, and have to endure the SPOILT BRAT Alanso that thinks because you are world champ you must have any preassure from your team mate, BULL. Guess What. Lewis has outdriven ALL of them this year he has rattled their cages and they have no way to respond much less Catch Him. Tell them to SHUT UP AND DRIVE!!!
October 14th, 2007 16:50
How did the thing about him being black come up ?
October 21st, 2007 20:31
Fantastic to see him thrashed!
