Ferrari’s formula one espionage woes

Ferrari has charged one of its employees, Nigel Stepney with corporate espionage and have already proceeded with legal action against him in Italy. Nigel Stepney is a Briton by origin. Ferrari claims it has compelling evidence against Nigel Stepney.
“I have confidence I’ll be cleared by the legal process that is now taking place,” Nigel Stepney was quoted
“It’s part of a dirty tricks campaign and everything is in the hands of my lawyer, so we’ll see what happens.”
This comes just months after two Ferrari formula one employees were charged with passing crucial aerodynamic information to Toyota F1 team.
The rumours have to do with some white powder discovered in fuel tanks at Monaco which are suspected to be acts of sabotage. Furthermore there are reports of ‘incidents’ at Ferrari’s winds tunnels. Ferrari also suspects employees are involved in selling blueprints to rival f1 teams.
