2007 Canadian Grand Prix Preview
After a seemingly long 2 week break (longer for me as my exams got over just as the break started) , we are leaving Europe for the time being and head to North America for the Canadian Grand Prix (10th June 2007). Which means staying up late, as in India these races at at night. We head to Montreal in Canada.
The grand prix is held at Gilles Villeneuve circuit every year and is one of the only 2 races in North America. As we head into this race Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso lead the Drivers’ championship with 38 points each. Felipe Massa a close 3rd with 33 points. My bet on this race is on Ferrari, they were pretty straightforward in saying that Monaco was a one off thing, they are still competitive. McLaren will look forward to carrying their Monte Carlo advantage, and would like to put the infamous Lewis Hamilton encounter behind them. We are sure the rookie has been censored properly by the McLaren team.
