Delhi’s Proposed Street Circuit

For a boy born and brought up in New Delhi, there is always an air of magic about Rajpath - India Gate, lush lawns, open and wide roads, the VVIP area of New Delhi , its seriously the best place one can hope to live in. And now its being planned to bring a race to this beautiful area. Utterly romantic if you ask me ! People not from Delhi can only imagine the grandness of this area. Here are some pictures for you.

If there is a race here, its seriously going to be one of the best circuits, but lets see what comes off it. Indian Grand Prix- New Delhi of formula one may just be reality from 2009.

    Let’s put our thinking caps on guys. Download google earth propose ur own track and let us create an orkut community called “Indian Grand Prix”…. Enjoy… Let the youth rule. We will bring F1 to India sure…………..

    hey dude ……..f1 in delhi man r the americans gonna be jls……but guess ppl in india wld prefer watchin the indian crckt team loose to some **** up stupid team rather than watch f1………ne wayz its a gr8 idea but r the damn indian ministers gonna let f1 live in peace
