In a development thats going to get a lot of tongues wagging, Michelin tyre company has announced that it has indeed initiated legal proceedings against the FIA. Well the reason is not purely F1, but has a link as we will see.

Michelin’s brand BFGoodrich is currently the main supplier for the World Rally Championship, when Michelin pulled out of F1 to protest against the 2008 F1 tyre rules, little did it realise that in an year it was going to lose another huge contract.
