Scuderia Toro Rosso to be left dry ?
Well this is the rumour as we approach the 2007 formula one season. Teams such as Williams are threatening legal action on the basis of the concorde agreement which states that teams must build original car designs and must hold the intellectual property rights to the designs being used on their formula one cars. Toro Rosso seems to be wanting to use a slightly modified version of the Red Bull RB3. Red Bull is the parent company of the Toro Rosso team who have been severely criticised for trying to twist the rules by Frank Williams.
