The title is enough to excite the formula one fan in me , thats because i live in Delhi. Apparently news websites have been soming up with stories that the Delhi Government is keen to have an Indian Grand Prix , more importantly a New Delhi Grand Prix. It will be a dream come true for millions of Formula One fans in India like me whose dream is to watch a live formula one grand prix (mine was to watch one live with michael schumacher racing , but you cant have your cake and eat it too)

The move would make commercial sense too as Formula One in India has grown leaps and bounds in terms of viewership as well as commercial merchandising. Moreover a large number of Indian companies seem poised to be associated with F1 , TCS already makes software for Ferrari, Kingfisher sponsors Toyota F1 team and the TATA group sponsors the Williams F1 team.
